Trim Agency is seeking a talented Product Designer to join their startup studio. The ideal candidate will not only love creating high concept user interface designs, but also have a fearless approach to ideating and developing exciting marketing campaigns, branding and other design projects.
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Sketch, our ideal employee will love all things design: They will understand how to design for the web and mobile devices, but can bring value to marketing campaigns and branding efforts. An understanding of the Front End will be important to hitting the ground running on our team. The Product Designer will need to understand user personas, craft wireframes, and build beautiful digital products from that concept. This candidate will be expected to push the boundaries of interaction design with every new project. We love to build beautiful, functional web and mobile experiences, and this creative will need to share that passion. The position will interact with both creatives and developers, and will both lead and work at the production level, depending on the project assignment.
Trim Agency is an agile startup studio, and expect our candidate to self-start and own production and sprint responsibility. - Exemplify solid Design Fundamentals through a body of work (online portfolio)
- Responsive Design experience
- Typography Mastery
- JavaScript/AJAX understanding
- CSS and HTML5 understanding
- User Experience Focused
- Fearless approach to design and innovation
- The passion and awareness for what is next in UI Design
- WordPress and/or Ruby on Rails design experience a plus
- Photography or Video Editing Skills a plus
